Travel Channel’s ‘The Dead Files’ to feature Waxahachie’s Catfish Plantation on Friday

On The Dead Files, paranormal researcher and medium Amy Allan and retired NYPD homicide detective Stephen DiSchiavi work together to try to get to the bottom of unexplained phenomena. The Catfish Plantation, which is in a house originally built around 1895, is thought to be one of the most haunted spots around Dallas . Spirits there are thought include a woman who died in the front dining room around the turn of the 20th century, another woman who was murdered near the house around 1930, and a man who died there in the 1940s. She tells DiSchiavi about seeing apparitions, shadow people, things moving around and objects actually being thrown at people. Ive seen the episode, and it is indeed pretty creepy. I wont spoil any of it here, other than what you see in the above clip. <br>For the original version including any supplementary images or video, visit http://popcultureblog.dallasnews.com/2013/12/travel-channels-the-dead-files-to-feature-waxahachies-catfish-plantation-on-friday.html/
