Holiday Travel In U.s. Sees Slight Uptick Despite Shaky Economy

The AAA Year-End Travel Forecast projects 94.5 million will travel at least 50 miles from home during the year-end holiday season from Dec. 21 to Jan. 1, which represents about 30 percent of Americans. This marks the highest travel volume recorded for the holiday time period.
